Important: These terms and conditions do not apply to copies of anagram™ that have already been purchased. The registration terms and conditions for purchased copies can be found in the help file that comes with the particular copy.

Registration of a copy of anagram™ requires the retrieval of an Unlock Code from our registration server. For each copy of anagram™ that you have purchased, our server will allow you to retrieve one Unlock Code. When you have unlocked all your purchased copies of anagram™, you will not be able to retrieve any more codes from our server. Of course, you can always retrieve Unlock Codes that you have already used in case you misplace one.

Hardware upgrades

Occasionally, you may find a need to upgrade you computer system in some way. Since the Software Key for a particular computer is dependent upon its hardware configuration, some upgrades may result in a change in your Software Key. When this occurs, you will need a new Unlock Code to unlock that copy of anagram™.

As a provision for this occurrence, our registration server will allow the retrieval of up to two additional Unlock Codes for each copy of anagram™ purchased at full price. These Unlock Codes are to be used only in situations where a computer hardware upgrade has made it necessary. Under no circumstances is license granted to use more than the number of copies purchased.

Reduced-price Copies

Unlike full-price copies of anagram™, reduced-price copies purchased for a second computer do not come with additional Unlock Codes.

Agreement

By clicking "Yes" when asked if you are unlocking due to an upgrade, you acknowledge that you have read these terms and conditions and are complying with the restrictions set forth herein. You also acknowledge that a previously used Unlock Code is no longer in use either because anagram™ has been un-installed or because a hardware upgrade has changed the corresponding Software Key.

Returns

Since anagram™ is offered free for 45 days, we feel that everyone has a more than adequate chance to evaluate the software to determine whether or not it fits their needs. We encourage you to try anagram™ free for the full 45 days to make sure it is right for you. As such, no returns can be accepted.
