As the creator of each intelligent QuickLink™ hyperlink, you can decide exactly how the data will be formatted in the employee's PIM and can even add custom notes or other miscellaneous information to the entry.

After clicking one of these special links, the event or contact information instantly appears in the user's PIM software, ready for review. Clicking 'OK' or 'Save and close' will add the information instantly.

You can also add customized messages that appear when an item is imported, for example to provide users with a reminder about an imported item, such as "Don't forget to bring your lunch to the meeting!" or similar.
